Claudia Jost Claudia Jost worked in the field of process design for 15 years. During this time, she focussed on designing processes with external business partners – on the one hand with a focus on procurement processes, and on the other hand on mapping these processes in SAP. The electronic connection via EDI and the optimisation of internal business processes on the basis of SAP standard applications also formed part of her tasks. As part of the reorganisation of the EMS process, she was responsible for integrating the entire process into SAP – from the customer order to production and delivery. Today, Claudia Jost works for a large SAP consulting company. She is responsible for SAP implementation projects as well as SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects, focussing on purchasing and master data management. Prior to her professional career, Claudia Jost trained as an optician and then studied economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Bocholt.
