Coleen Bedrosian Coleen Bedrosian is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of experience in public and private industry spanning banking, insurance, automotive, utility and private service industry. Over 20 years of this experience has been directly in the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles, leading projects and applying improvement techniques to business processes in order to reduce costs, reduce cycle time, improve accuracy and efficiencies and to create sustainable and repeatable processes. Coleen is also experienced in the use of SAP for financial applications as an end user of SAP. She has leveraged SAP’s capabilities in support of Lean Six Sigma projects by creating innovative ways of reducing cycle time and creating interfaces with SAP. Coleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Michigan State University and a Master of Finance from Walsh College.
