Nithya Balasubramanian is an SAP Cloud Architect. As the current point of contact for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), she has experience with full cycle implementations handling some of the latest products of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform services including SAP CPI, WebIDE and Identity and Access Governance, SuccessFactors, Ariba among others. She also has experience in dealing with S/4HANA conversions, Single Sign on Methodologies, OS/DB Migrations, Upgrades, and Role Design for large scale organizations. Passionate about automating the SAP Software Products, her main goal is to build and deploy powerful conversational interfaces to revolutionize the customer experience.
