How to cancel a subscription

You can cancel your subscription to our SAP Learning Platform (et.training) at any time via your profile at the top right corner of the et.training screen.

The contract for the digital SAP Library has a term of the term specified at the time of purchase. This contract is automatically extended by this term if it is not terminated with a notice period of 14 days before the end of the contract term.

Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent via e-mail. and your access will be available until the end of the specified billing period.
