Ziele

Nach dem Seminar kennen die Teilnehmer die grundlegenden Funktionen des Qualitätsmanagements (QM) in SAP S/4HANA und verstehen, wie diese innerhalb der logistischen Prozesskette eingesetzt werden. Sie lernen, wie QM-Prozesse mit den SAP-Modulen Materialwirtschaft (MM), Produktion (PP) und Vertrieb (SD) zusammenwirken.

Die Teilnehmer erhalten einen Überblick über wichtige QM-Stammdaten, die Prüfplanung sowie die Erfassung und Bewertung von Prüfergebnissen und Fehlern. Darüber hinaus verstehen sie den Ablauf des Verwendungsentscheids im Prüfprozess.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Qualitätsmeldungen sowie deren Nutzung zur Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen. Zusätzlich lernen die Teilnehmer die grundlegenden Nutzungsmöglichkeiten des SAP Business Workflows im Qualitätsmanagement kennen.

Nach Abschluss des Seminars können die Teilnehmer die wichtigsten QM-Funktionen in SAP S/4HANA einordnen und deren Einsatz in der Praxis nachvollziehen.
