Ziele

Nach dem Besuch des Seminars „PS kompakt für SAP S/4HANA“ kennen die Teilnehmer die grundlegenden Funktionen des Projektmanagements im SAP-Modul PS (Project System) und verstehen, wie Projekte im SAP S/4HANA-System strukturiert und gesteuert werden können.

Sie lernen die wichtigsten Stammdaten und Strukturen im Projektmanagement kennen, insbesondere Projektdefinitionen, Projektstrukturpläne (PSP) und Netzpläne. Darüber hinaus verstehen sie, wie Planung, Budgetierung und Terminierung von Projekten im System unterstützt werden.

Die Teilnehmer erhalten einen Überblick über zentrale Prozesse der Projektplanung, -steuerung und -überwachung sowie über die Erfassung von Projektkosten und Leistungen. Außerdem lernen sie, wie Projekte mit anderen SAP-Modulen wie Materialwirtschaft (MM), Controlling (CO) und Vertrieb (SD) zusammenwirken und welche Rolle das Projektcontrolling im Gesamtsystem spielt.

Nach dem Seminar können die Teilnehmer die wichtigsten Funktionen und Prozesszusammenhänge des SAP Project Systems in S/4HANA einordnen und deren Einsatz in Projektprozessen nachvollziehen.
