Nach dem Besuch des Seminars „Business Partner – Pflege Geschäftspartner für SAP S/4HANA“ kennen die Teilnehmer das Geschäftspartner-Konzept (SAP Business Partner) und verstehen dessen zentrale Rolle als führendes Stammdatenobjekt für Kunden, Lieferanten und weitere Geschäftspartner im SAP-System. In SAP S/4HANA dient der Business Partner als zentraler Einstiegspunkt für die Pflege von Geschäftspartnerdaten.

Die Teilnehmer lernen den Aufbau und die Struktur eines Business-Partner-Datensatzes kennen, insbesondere Geschäftspartner-Typen, Gruppierungen und Geschäftspartnerrollen. Sie verstehen, wie allgemeine Stammdaten und rollenspezifische Informationen gepflegt werden und wie diese Daten in verschiedenen SAP-Prozessen genutzt werden.

Darüber hinaus erhalten sie einen Überblick über die Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Geschäftspartnern im System, beispielsweise über die zentrale Transaktion BP sowie über die Pflege von Adressen, Kommunikationsdaten und Beziehungen.

Nach dem Seminar können die Teilnehmer die Stammdatenpflege von Geschäftspartnern in SAP S/4HANA nachvollziehen und verstehen, wie das Business-Partner-Konzept zur vereinheitlichten Verwaltung von Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten im System eingesetzt wird.
