Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in der Version 2.0 ist der aktuell am weitesten verbreitete Standard zur Modellierung von Prozessen.

Diese Videos bieten eine fundierte Einführung in BPMN. Nach einer Vorstellung der grundlegenden Elemente wie Aktivitäten, Ereignisse und Gateways werden weiterführende Elemente, z. B. Pools und Lanes, besprochen. Übungen und Hinweise auf häufige Fehler ermöglichen es, das Gelernte zu vertiefen. Die Simulation von Prozessmodellen schließt die Vorstellung von BPMN ab.

Ergänzend zu BPMN ermöglicht Decision Model and Notation (DMN) das Modellieren von komplexen Entscheidungen. Nach einer Einführung in DMN wird abschließend die Verknüpfung von BPMN und DMN vorgestellt.
