Eine Fremdfirma baut/mischt/behandelt etwas für uns?
Dann sprechen wir vielleicht von einem Lohnbearbeitungsprozess, vielleicht aber auch von einem Fremdbearbeitungsprozess.
Aber was ist der Unterschied im SAP-Sinne?
Bei der Lohnbearbeitung sende ich dem Lieferanten einzelne Komponenten als Beistellteile und dieser produziert mir eine neue Materialnummer, die er mir dann anliefert.
Bei der Fremdbearbeitung vollzieht der Lieferant nur einen einzelnen Vorgang an einem angearbeiteten Material, das dann wieder in den Produktionsvorgang eingeschleust wird („Verlängerte Werkbank“)
In unserem Workshop stellen wir für beide Prozesse die Voraussetzungen vor, führen die Prozesse gemeinsam durch und werfen einen Blick ins Customizing hierzu.
In der Diskussion geben wir Ihnen Entscheidungshilfen, wann welcher Prozess der richtige sein kann.
